ICS Real Estate is expanding and looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing team. If you have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and a passion for closing high-value deals, we would love to hear from you.

Salary

AED 8,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate consultants
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
• Handle high-value client meetings and negotiations
• Generate new business opportunities and partnerships
• Provide market insights and pricing guidance to clients
• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Dubai real estate sales
• Proven experience in a managerial or team-lead role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Target-oriented with a track record of achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of off-plan and secondary market preferred
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
