Position: Accountant AdministrationSeniority Level: Mid - LevelEmployment Type: Full-Time Office BasedTime: 5:00 PM &ndash; 1:00 AM PST (Can vary according to client&rsquo;s time zone)Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative &amp; Accounting Assistant to support daily office operations, job processing, documentation handling, and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will manage data entry in the CenPoint system, handle billing and payment processing, and assist with customer and project-related paperwork. This role requires strong administrative skills, accuracy, and the ability to work with multiple teams and external platforms along with good communication skills.Key Responsibilities1. System &amp; Job Management (CenPoint &ndash; Main Operating Software)<ul><li>Create and email quotes to customers.</li><li>Convert approved quotes into jobs and enter related work orders.</li><li>Upload and attach required documents (contracts, AIA forms, POs, etc.).</li><li>Modify or delete work orders with necessary approvals.</li><li>Generate invoices and manage billing entries.</li><li>Process payments (credit card / ACH) and apply them correctly.</li><li>Issue credit memos upon approval.</li><li>Freeze/unfreeze customer accounts based on credit status.</li><li>Assist comptroller with payment posting, research, and corrections.</li><li>Email and record credit card authorization forms in the system.</li><li>Send job tickets as needed.</li><li>Support aging reports and follow-up reminders via calls/emails.</li></ul>2. Paperwork &amp; Administrative Tasks<ul><li>Receive and verify waivers; ensure they are signed and returned accurately.</li><li>Attach all paperwork to the correct job in the system.</li><li>Manage contract execution process and send back signed copies to customers.</li><li>Send documents such as Certificates of Insurance and W-9 forms.</li><li>Create &quot;dummy invoices&quot; when required.</li><li>Prepare and route NTOs (Notice to Owner) for approval.</li><li>Assist with AIA Pay Applications.</li><li>Collect and record credit card and ACH payment details from customers.</li></ul>3. External Platform / Website Entries<ul><li>Upload required data and documentation to customer platforms such as:</li><li>Textura</li><li>PlanHub</li><li>Coupa</li><li>GCPay</li><li>And other similar systems</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Job RequirementsWe are seeking a Project Engineer to assist and support the Project Manager and Superintendent during the life cycle of the construction project. The ideal candidate must be a team-player, flexible and have strong communication and client service skills. Civil Project Engineer

Position: Scheduler &ndash; Construction ProjectsIndustry: ConstructionEmployment Type: Full-TimeTime: 5:00 PM &ndash; 1:00 AM PST (Can vary according to client&rsquo;s time zone)Job Functions: Business OperationsKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and update weekly project schedules and two-week look-ahead plan based on field progress and coordination meetings.</li><li>Maintain and update the master project schedule using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with GC and client schedules.</li><li>Perform schedule analysis and comparisons between baseline and updated GC schedules to identify delays, critical paths, and deviations.</li><li>Prepare and issue Notice of Impact (NOI) and Delay Notices based on schedule findings and project records.</li><li>Track and monitor labor control data, verifying manpower reports and daily logs against planned progress.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and the GC to ensure schedule accuracy and timely communication of schedule risks.</li><li>Generate schedule-related reports and trackers for management review on a weekly basis.</li><li>Support schedule-related correspondence, including documentation for extensions of time, progress updates, and claim support.</li><li>Maintain proper recordkeeping for schedule updates, approvals, and communication history.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of scheduling experience in mechanical, electrical, or general construction projects.</li><li>Proficiency in Primavera P6.</li><li>Strong knowledge of NYC agency standards (SCA, DASNY, DOE preferred).</li><li>Experience with schedule analysis, delay identification, and claim preparation.</li><li>Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and remotely while coordinating with multiple teams.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
