Position Overview We are seeking a Temporary Community Manager to lead leasing and operations. This role is responsible for driving lease-up performance, delivering an excellent prospect and resident experience, and establishing strong operational foundations.Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing &amp; Marketing<ul><li>Lead all leasing activities to achieve and exceed occupancy targets within established timelines</li><li>Conduct property tours, manage prospect follow-up, and close leases</li><li>Oversee and execute marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, social media, and local outreach</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activity to recommend pricing and concessions</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing reports and traffic data</li></ul>Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Set up and manage leasing office operations, systems, and procedures</li><li>Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies</li><li>Manage lease documentation, applications, and resident files</li><li>Coordinate with property management software</li></ul>Resident Experience<ul><li>Deliver a high-quality move-in experience for new residents</li><li>Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally</li><li>Foster a sense of community through engagement initiatives and events</li></ul>Team &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with marketing teams, construction, and ownership stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure readiness of units and amenities</li></ul>Financial Performance<ul><li>Support rent collection efforts and ensure accurate reporting</li><li>Track leasing metrics and provide regular performance updates</li><li>Assist with budgeting and expense control</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of property management or leasing experience, preferably in lease-up or new development</li><li>Strong sales and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting leasing goals</li><li>Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management best practices</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills</li><li>Experience with property management software (e.g., Appfolio, Yardi, or similar)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with new construction or lease-up communities</li><li>Familiarity with local rental market conditions</li></ul>Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
