This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting a professional and friendly workplace.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing outstanding customer service at the front desk</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages accurately</li><li>Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records</li><li>Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software for basic financial recordkeeping</li><li>Provide administrative support such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes professionally</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients effectively</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Knowledge of office management procedures, filing systems, and proofreading techniques</li><li>Customer service experience with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential</li></ul>Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents shine!
