We're looking for a well-connected professional who can estimate complex commercial projects while activating their network of property managers, developers, asset owners, and GCs throughout Florida.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial roofing projects ($100K-$5M+)</li><li>Leverage existing relationships with property management companies, REITs, and asset owners</li><li>Maintain and expand network with general contractors and developers</li><li>Conduct detailed takeoffs for TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems</li><li>Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks with GCs and property managers</li><li>Build value-engineered solutions for portfolio-wide roofing programs</li><li>Collaborate with property managers on preventive maintenance proposals</li><li>Develop long-term master service agreements with major property owners</li><li>Mentor junior estimators and support business development efforts</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>7+ years commercial roofing estimating experience in South Florida</li><li>Proven relationships with Florida property management companies</li><li>Established network of developers, GCs, and commercial asset owners</li><li>Expert knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified, metal)</li><li>Experience with portfolio-level and multi-site property management accounts</li><li>Proficiency with Edge, Bluebeam, or similar estimating platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of Florida building codes and wind uplift requirements</li><li>Track record of winning $10M+ in annual commercial projects</li><li>Valid Florida driver's license and professional appearance</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Existing relationships with South Florida REITs and institutional owners</li><li>Experience with hospitality, retail, or multi-family portfolios</li><li>Manufacturer certifications (Carlisle, Firestone, GAF, etc.)</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish</li><li>Active in BOMA, IREM, or other property management associations</li></ul>Your Network Should Include<ul><li>Regional and national property management firms</li><li>Commercial real estate developers</li><li>General contractors (ENR Top 400 preferred)</li><li>Facilities directors at hospitals, schools, municipalities</li><li>HOA management companies with commercial portfolios</li><li>Retail and hospitality asset managers</li></ul>We Offer<ul><li>Base salary: $90,000-$125,000 based on experience and relationships</li><li>Aggressive commission structure (uncapped)</li><li>Health, dental, vision insurance</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Company vehicle or vehicle allowance</li><li>Cell phone and laptop provided</li><li>Professional development and association memberships</li></ul>Why Corvex?Join a well-funded platform poised for aggressive growth.
