Corvex Roofing, a rapidly growing commercial and residential roofing platform, seeks a Senior Commercial Estimator with established relationships across South Florida's property management, development, and general contracting sectors.

The Opportunity

Leverage your deep industry relationships to drive commercial growth for our expanding platform. We're looking for a well-connected professional who can estimate complex commercial projects while activating their network of property managers, developers, asset owners, and GCs throughout Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial roofing projects ($100K-$5M+)
• Leverage existing relationships with property management companies, REITs, and asset owners
• Maintain and expand network with general contractors and developers
• Conduct detailed takeoffs for TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks with GCs and property managers
• Build value-engineered solutions for portfolio-wide roofing programs
• Collaborate with property managers on preventive maintenance proposals
• Develop long-term master service agreements with major property owners
• Mentor junior estimators and support business development efforts

Requirements

• 7+ years commercial roofing estimating experience in South Florida
• Proven relationships with Florida property management companies
• Established network of developers, GCs, and commercial asset owners
• Expert knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified, metal)
• Experience with portfolio-level and multi-site property management accounts
• Proficiency with Edge, Bluebeam, or similar estimating platforms
• Strong understanding of Florida building codes and wind uplift requirements
• Track record of winning $10M+ in annual commercial projects
• Valid Florida driver's license and professional appearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with South Florida REITs and institutional owners
• Experience with hospitality, retail, or multi-family portfolios
• Manufacturer certifications (Carlisle, Firestone, GAF, etc.)
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Active in BOMA, IREM, or other property management associations
