Responsibilities</h3>
<ul><li>Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.</li><li>
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate efficient patient flow.</li><li>
Monitor the implementation of clinical protocols and procedures.</li><li>
Conduct staff assessments and performance reviews.</li><li>
Provide support and guidance to nursing staff during challenging situations.</li><li>
Assist in the management of patient care complaints and conflict resolution.</li><li>
Participate in staff training, development, and orientation programs.</li></ul><ul><li>
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.</li><li>
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.</li><li>
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>
