Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate efficient patient flow.
• Monitor the implementation of clinical protocols and procedures.
• Conduct staff assessments and performance reviews.
• Provide support and guidance to nursing staff during challenging situations.
• Assist in the management of patient care complaints and conflict resolution.
• Participate in staff training, development, and orientation programs.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
