This is more than a desk job; you're joining a mission-driven team dedicated to improving the lives of young students through martial arts.What You'll Do: The Role &amp; ResponsibilitiesThe core of this position is managing daily operations and providing exceptional customer support, ensuring the academy runs smoothly.Office &amp; Administrative Duties:<ul><li>Manage daily phone calls, handling inquiries from prospective and current members.</li><li>Perform delinquency calls and follow-up communication to maintain account health.</li><li>Process new accounts and manage member data efficiently.</li><li>Consolidate daily cash.</li><li>Conduct inventory counts and process merchandise and stock orders.</li><li>Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.</li></ul>Customer &amp; Member Focus:<ul><li>Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.</li><li>Develop positive and lasting relationships with students and families.</li><li>Act as a passionate ambassador for our life skills-based academy.</li></ul>Classroom Assistance:<ul><li>Occasionally, assist the instructor during martial arts classes with very young children to help keep the class focused and under control.
