 JOB OVERVIEW/PURPOSE
 
 
 
 The Social Media Executive is accountable for elevating Cosmic Doctor brand&rsquo;s digital presence, storytelling, and engagement across all social platforms. This job is responsible for all content creation and will independently conceptualise, script, film, edit and produce content that is aligned with brand identity, visually refined, data-informed, and culturally relevant. The job is also accountable for playing a central part in shaping the brand narrative, driving organic growth, and building an aspirational yet authentic digital presence that reflects the brand&rsquo;s values.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 
 Content Creation &amp; Digital Craftsmanship
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Produce high-quality, visually elevated content including short-form video, photography, graphics, and narrative posts meeting time and budget targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conceptualize and execute creative shoots to support campaigns, launches, and evergreen content needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and confidently deliver compelling scripts to explain product benefits and participate in trends and brand videos.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure strong aesthetic consistency aligned with brand identity by creating engaging visual content e.g., product videos, unboxings, testimonials and educational snippets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and optimize videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create compelling copy that educates, inspires, and converts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep abreast of digital and social media developments such as the latest trends, audio, formats and viral content across platforms
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Social Media Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
 </li>
 <li>
 Write captions, hooks, and taglines that reflect the brand&rsquo;s tone.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, views, follower growth, CTR, conversions, and content performance and translate insights into actionable optimization plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse trends and competitor content to guide strategy with relevant insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use data to refine posting frequency, content themes, community strategies, and platform focus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce weekly and monthly social media performance reports for management review.
 </li>

 Cultivate a loyal, engaged digital community by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.

 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize digital presence to build relationships with brand advocates and wellness enthusiasts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a strong pulse on sentiment, feedback, and opportunities for enhanced customer experience.

 Event Coverage &amp; Campaign Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure mandatory presence at brand events, pop-ups, activations, and collaborations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Live coverage of events including behind-the-scenes videos, founder interactions, and customer reactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture key moments and convert them into real-time and post-event content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Cosmic Doctor professionally in public settings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support key brand campaigns, product launches, and activations with tailored digital strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with marketing, brand, design, retail, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Align social content with wider brand initiatives, seasonal themes, and business goals.
 </li>

 Brand Development

 Work closely with marketing and product teams to communicate product benefits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bring a science-based, consumer-friendly approach to explaining supplements and wellness topics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure brand consistency across all channels and digital touchpoints including website, CRM, and partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support UGC creation, influencer coordination, and community engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in building Cosmic Doctor&rsquo;s brand identity as a modern, lifestyle-driven wellness brand.
 </li>

 Digital Innovation &amp; Emerging Media
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Stay ahead of digital trends, new platform features, and evolving social media formats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experiment with new content types, interactive formats, and emerging technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess opportunities in areas such as AR filters, AI-assisted content, personalization, or immersive storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously elevate the brand&rsquo;s digital positioning through innovation and refinement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 POSITION REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A minimum of 0&ndash;2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 A background in consumer goods, wellness, nutrition, beauty, or a science/health field is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Creative Arts, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional certifications in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing are beneficial.
 </li>
