Position: Sewing Machine Operator TrainerLocation: DumkaKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver theory and practical training for Sewing Machine Operator trade as per DDU-KK/ NSQF curriculum.</li><li>Train candidates on industrial sewing machines, stitching techniques, garment construction, and finishing processes.</li><li>Demonstrate and supervise safe machine operation and workplace safety practices.</li><li>Maintain daily attendance, lesson plans, training progress, and assessment records.</li><li>Prepare trainees for internal assessments, third-party assessments, and certification.</li><li>Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of sewing machines and tools.</li><li>Support trainees in achieving productivity, quality standards, and industry readiness.</li><li>Coordinate with Centre Manager, Placement, and MIS teams for reporting and compliance.</li><li>Follow all DDU-KK SOPs, quality standards, and audit requirements.</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in Garment Technology, Fashion Design, or related trade.</li><li>TOT certified (mandatory / preferred as per DDU-KK norms).</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in garment manufacturing or sewing operations.</li><li>Hands-on experience with industrial sewing machines and production processes.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi (local language knowledge preferred).</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong practical training and demonstration skills.</li><li>Ability to guide and motivate rural youth.</li><li>Knowledge of quality control, productivity, and basic garment costing.</li><li>Basic documentation and reporting skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
