The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings</li><li>Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast needs</li><li>Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance</li><li>Resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or discrepancies</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers,</li><li>Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly</li><li>Maintain accurate records of stock in and out</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and report shortages</li><li>Ensure proper arrangement and cleanliness of the store</li><li>Issue materials to departments as per requirement</li><li>Prepare stock reports on a regular basis</li><li>Assist in physical stock verification (stock counting)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management</li></ul>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<ul><li>Basic understanding of inventory management</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Good organizational and record-keeping skills</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (Excel preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
