This role is focused on monitoring, evaluation, and quality compliance in the education and training sector. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent academic and operational standards across campuses.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct scheduled and surprise visits to campuses</li><li>Fill standardized evaluation tools and checklists</li><li>Collect, verify, and compile operational data from campuses</li><li>Draft detailed evaluation and compliance reports</li><li>Identify gaps and non-compliance issues</li><li>Monitor corrective actions and improvement measures</li><li>Support digital monitoring and data collection tools</li><li>Maintain structured records and QA databases</li><li>Assist in internal and external reporting processes</li><li>Coordinate with campuses for visit planning and logistics</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:Education:<ul><li>AD/BS in Business Administration, Education, or Social Sciences</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in quality assurance, monitoring, or compliance in the education or training sector.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong reporting and documentation skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel &amp; Word)</li><li>Familiarity with data collection or QA tools</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to travel frequently for campus visits</li><li>High attention to detail, ethics, and professionalism</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Proficient in both English and Urdu (spoken &amp; written)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
