 Job Description:
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Responsible for turnover, cost, profit, customer satisfaction and employee development of the stores in the area;
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business indicators, effectively control the costs;
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for operation management of the stores in the area, assist and guide material, equipment arrangement and other emergent issues;
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular store inspection, find problems, develop improvement plan, and supervise implementation.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirement:
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Bachelor Degree or above;
 </li>
 <li>
 5 years&rsquo; experience of chain enterprise, 3 years&rsquo; operation management experience in coffee, tea or new retail industry is preferred;
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and team work skills;
 </li>
 <li>
 Quick learning ability and the capacity to guide others in work.
 </li>
