About the Role</b></p></div><div><div><p>
In this role, you are the day-to-day owner of the Kids marketing calendar, social channels, parent creator community, and local activations. You'll turn global briefs into US-ready stories and experiences that feel joyful, useful, and current for parents and kids alike. You'll manage an intern while staying deeply hands-on in the work.</p></div><div><p><b>

Own the US marketing calendar for Cotton On Kids across seasonal moments, storytelling opportunities, and community activations.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Translate global Kids briefs from the AUS team into US-relevant social, creator, and event plans.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Be the US voice for Kids in cross-functional conversations. You know the product, the customer, and the commercial context.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Work closely with the global AUS marketing team to align on creative direction, assets, and campaign timing throughout the year.</div></li></ul><div><b><br>
Manage the channels</b></div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Own and manage Cotton On Kids' US social channels across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms, posting consistently, maintaining brand voice, and keeping the feed alive and relevant.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Build and manage the content pipeline, including creator content, community output, and event capture, so there's always something coming.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Track what's performing, what's not, and use that to improve what gets made next.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Stay current on what's working in the parent and family creator space: the formats, the sounds, the conversation.</div></li></ul><div><b><br>
Build the creator community</b></div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Own the Cotton On Kids US creator programme, finding the right parent and family creators, building relationships, and managing briefs end to end.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Lead the Funday Club programme in the US, a community of parent creators who produce Cotton On Kids content as brand advocates. Growing and nurturing this community is a core part of the job.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Understand what makes working with parent creators different. This is a specific skill set that requires cultural awareness, relationship care, and a genuine feel for this community.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Brief creators clearly, track deliverables, manage usage rights, and report on performance.</div></li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Create brand moments</b></div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Plan and execute Cotton On Kids in-store events and brand activations in the US, from concept through to post-event recap.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Work with global licensing partners on US Kids brand collaborations: kids' IP, toy brand partnerships, and culturally relevant moments.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Proactively identify activation opportunities that get the brand in front of the right customer at the right time.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Manage the intern effectively, briefing, delegating, and developing, while staying deeply hands-on in your own output.</div></li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

You have 3 to 5+ years in brand, social, or creator marketing and you're energised by community-driven consumer brands.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Excited by the idea of owning Kids as its own spotlight inside a bigger global portfolio.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Comfortable owning a marketing calendar, running events, and still jumping in to brief creators, review content, and solve execution gaps.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Have experience managing social channels and content pipelines end to end, from planning through reporting.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Have experience planning and executing events, activations, or community moments and know how to move from concept to recap.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Bring genuine interest in or experience with kids, family, or parent-adjacent brands and you understand how to speak to parents without losing the fun.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Confident working with creators and communities in a way that feels thoughtful, organised, and brand-safe.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Naturally operate as a player-coach, comfortable owning strategy while also chasing assets, writing recaps, and pitching in wherever the work needs to move.</div></li></ul></div></div><div><p><b>
