About the RoleWe&rsquo;re expanding and seeking a psychiatric provider to deliver psychiatric evaluations and medication management with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and an understanding of autism/neurodivergence. This role is ideal for someone who values thoughtful assessment, collaborative treatment planning, and respectful care.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations (including diagnostic assessment and differential diagnosis)</li><li>Provide medication management and follow-up care</li><li>Integrate a trauma-informed approach into assessment and treatment</li><li>Provide neurodiversity-affirming care with attention to autism presentation across lifespan</li><li>Coordinate care with therapists and external providers (with releases)</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation consistent with standards and regulations</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>One of the following:</li><li>MD/DO (Psychiatrist) licensed/eligible in Oklahoma</li><li>PMHNP with psychiatric prescribing authority in Oklahoma</li><li>PA with psychiatric experience and prescribing ability per Oklahoma regulations/collaborative agreement</li><li>Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive psychiatric evaluations</li><li>Comfort working with trauma histories and neurodivergent clients (including autism)</li><li>Strong clinical judgment, communication, and ethical standards</li></ul>Preferred (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Experience with autism assessments/screening tools (within scope)</li><li>Experience with complex trauma, dissociation, ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders</li><li>Familiarity with collaborative care models and therapist coordination</li></ul>What We Offer (customize)<ul><li>Flexible scheduling and caseload design</li><li>Admin support (scheduling, intake coordination, billing&mdash;if applicable)</li><li>Opportunities for integrated care with therapy team</li><li>Telehealth and/or in-person options</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, PRNPay: $13,000.00 - $156,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 5 &ndash; 15 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sand Springs, OK 74063
