Home-Based Daycare Teacher (Full-time / Part-time) &ndash; EscondidoWe are a warm, home-based daycare with a preschool-style approach located in Escondido. We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible teacher to join our team.Position Details:Full-time or Part-time (morning or afternoon availability required for part-time)Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist children with meals and daily routines</li><li>Diaper changing and potty training with positive reinforcement</li><li>Implement age-appropriate curriculum</li><li>Lead arts and crafts and engaging activities</li><li>Maintain a safe, nurturing, and clean environment</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of childcare experience preferred</li><li>Experience with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children</li><li>High school diploma</li><li>CPR &amp; First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)</li><li>Ability to lift children, stay active (running, playing), and maintain a positive attitude</li></ul>Compensation:$19&ndash;$21 per hour (based on experience)About Us:We provide a loving, structured environment that supports early childhood development through play-based learning.To Apply:Please reply to this post with your resume.
