Daycare Assistant

Home-Based Daycare Teacher (Full-time / Part-time) – Escondido

We are a warm, home-based daycare with a preschool-style approach located in Escondido. We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible teacher to join our team.

Position Details:Full-time or Part-time (morning or afternoon availability required for part-time)

Responsibilities:

• Assist children with meals and daily routines
• Diaper changing and potty training with positive reinforcement
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Lead arts and crafts and engaging activities
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and clean environment

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of childcare experience preferred
• Experience with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
• High school diploma
• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to lift children, stay active (running, playing), and maintain a positive attitude

Compensation:$19–$21 per hour (based on experience)
