We create life-changing smile transformations &mdash; and we believe our content should reflect that same level of quality and artistry.We are looking for a highly creative, skilled Videographer &amp; Social Content Creator who can capture both the polished beauty and power of our smile transformations and the behind-the-scenes moments with Dr. Schmidgall and our office that power our cutting edge dentistry.Position OverviewThis role is responsible for shooting and editing high-quality video content across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on Instagram and TikTok.You will create:* Polished and engaging testimonial and transformation videos* Behind-the-scenes content showcasing Dr. Schmidgall, our office, team and patient experience* Short-form social content optimized for engagement and reachThe ideal candidate understands both cinematic storytelling and social-first content strategy.Exact days and hours for this position are to be determined.Key Responsibilities* Plan, shoot, and edit premium-quality video content in-office* Produce compelling patient testimonial and smile transformation videos* Capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments and day-in-the-life content* Develop fresh, creative content ideas aligned with our brand identity* Ensure all content remains consistent with Schmidgall Dental Aesthetics&rsquo; tone, style, and brand standards* Optimize videos specifically for Instagram Reels and TikTok* Stay ahead of trends and platform updatesQualifications* Proven experience in videography and professional video editing* Strong proficiency in editing software* Experience creating short-form content for Instagram and TikTok* Strong storytelling instincts and visual composition skills* Ability to maintain brand consistency while bringing new creative ideas* Highly organized and able to manage projects independentlyWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For* A creative thinker who can generate new content ideas regularly* Someone who understands luxury branding and aesthetics* Detail-oriented with a strong eye for lighting, composition, and pacing* Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment* Passionate about creating content that connects and convertsBonus Qualifications* Experience in healthcare, dental, beauty, or aesthetics branding* Photography skills* Experience growing or managing social media accountsHow to ApplyPlease submit:* Your resume* A link to your portfolio* Links to social media accounts you&rsquo;ve created or managedWe are looking for someone who doesn&rsquo;t just &ldquo;film videos,&rdquo; but understands how to elevate a brand through visual storytelling.Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please provide link to example of recent video production work.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
