We are looking for a highly creative, skilled Videographer & Social Content Creator who can capture both the polished beauty and power of our smile transformations and the behind-the-scenes moments with Dr. Schmidgall and our office that power our cutting edge dentistry.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for shooting and editing high-quality video content across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on Instagram and TikTok.

You will create:

* Polished and engaging testimonial and transformation videos

* Behind-the-scenes content showcasing Dr. Schmidgall, our office, team and patient experience

* Short-form social content optimized for engagement and reach

The ideal candidate understands both cinematic storytelling and social-first content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, shoot, and edit premium-quality video content in-office

* Produce compelling patient testimonial and smile transformation videos

* Capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments and day-in-the-life content

* Develop fresh, creative content ideas aligned with our brand identity

* Ensure all content remains consistent with Schmidgall Dental Aesthetics’ tone, style, and brand standards

* Optimize videos specifically for Instagram Reels and TikTok

* Stay ahead of trends and platform updates

Qualifications

* Proven experience in videography and professional video editing

* Strong proficiency in editing software

* Experience creating short-form content for Instagram and TikTok

* Strong storytelling instincts and visual composition skills

* Ability to maintain brand consistency while bringing new creative ideas

* Highly organized and able to manage projects independently
