Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace environment. This role is vital in coordinating administrative functions, managing office systems, and supporting staff to foster productivity and professionalism. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming office atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk operations working with employees and customers</li><li>Oversee multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to all calls</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, creating contracts and document proofreading to support administrative accuracy</li><li>Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events efficiently</li><li>Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for invoicing and payroll</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, vendors, and staff with inquiries and support needs</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and ensuring office equipment functions properly</li><li>Processing payroll</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel ) and Google Calendar tools and Quickbooks Enterprise</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently</li><li>Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on customer support and clerical tasks</li><li>Knowledge of front desk procedures, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone systems</li><li>Strong computer literacy including data entry, filing systems, proofreading skills, and general office software proficiency.
