Construction LaborerJob OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable Construction Laborer to join our residential building team. Unlike an entry-level role, this position requires a candidate who understands the flow of a home-building site, can anticipate the next steps of a project, and is proficient with a variety of power tools and construction materials.If you have a solid foundation in residential trades and a &quot;get-it-done&quot; attitude, we want to hear from you.Benefits<ul><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Simple IRA with employer match</li><li>Home every night</li></ul>Job Duties &amp; ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Framing walls, installing windows, roof sheathing, and setting trusses.</li><li>Operating a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, lifts, and other equipment as directed by management.</li><li>Cleaning work areas, tools, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe job site.</li><li>Communicating effectively with other team members.</li><li>Performing a variety of physical tasks at the job site.</li><li>Executing other general labor and construction-related duties as required.</li><li>Assisting in building, installing, and remodeling projects.</li><li>Setting up and taking down ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable way to get to job sites.</li><li>Environmental Resilience: Ability to work primarily outdoors in all weather conditions; exposure to dust, dirt, varying temperatures, and loud noises is expected.</li><li>Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift and perform heavy lifting.</li><li>Flexibility: Availability to work overtime as needed.</li><li>Safety Conscious: Strict adherence to all safety guidelines set forth in the company safety program.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort operating both hand and power tools.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Construction Labor: 1 year (Preferred).</li><li>Education: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).</li></ul>Ready to build with us?
