Construction Laborer
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable Construction Laborer to join our residential building team. Unlike an entry-level role, this position requires a candidate who understands the flow of a home-building site, can anticipate the next steps of a project, and is proficient with a variety of power tools and construction materials.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Framing walls, installing windows, roof sheathing, and setting trusses.
- Operating a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, lifts, and other equipment as directed by management.
- Cleaning work areas, tools, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Communicating effectively with other team members.
- Performing a variety of physical tasks at the job site.
- Executing other general labor and construction-related duties as required.
- Assisting in building, installing, and remodeling projects.
- Setting up and taking down ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
Requirements & Skills
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable way to get to job sites.
- Environmental Resilience: Ability to work primarily outdoors in all weather conditions; exposure to dust, dirt, varying temperatures, and loud noises is expected.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift and perform heavy lifting.
- Flexibility: Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Safety Conscious: Strict adherence to all safety guidelines set forth in the company safety program.
- Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort operating both hand and power tools.
Experience & Qualifications
- Construction Labor: 1 year (Preferred).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
