Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics.
• Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures.
• Manage and execute masonry work, including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation.
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction activities.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide project execution.
• Coordinate with team members on framing carpentry, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, roofing, and woodworking tasks.
• Oversee or assist with restoration projects, remodeling efforts, and siding applications to meet client specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site operations with knowledge of various trades such as masonry, carpentry, roofing, and concrete work.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools essential for framing, finishing, and installation tasks.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently.
• Strong skills in metal building erection, rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques.
• Experience operating heavy equipment safely on construction sites.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction work environments.
