This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from metal building erection to remodeling, while advancing your career in the construction industry.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and participate in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics.</li><li>Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures.</li><li>Manage and execute masonry work, including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation.</li><li>Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction activities.</li><li>Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide project execution.</li><li>Coordinate with team members on framing carpentry, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, roofing, and woodworking tasks.</li><li>Oversee or assist with restoration projects, remodeling efforts, and siding applications to meet client specifications.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in construction site operations with knowledge of various trades such as masonry, carpentry, roofing, and concrete work.</li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools essential for framing, finishing, and installation tasks.</li><li>Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently.</li><li>Strong skills in metal building erection, rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques.</li><li>Experience operating heavy equipment safely on construction sites.</li><li>Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction work environments.</li><li>Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing scaffolding or ladders, and performing manual labor over extended periods.
