Duties:<ul><li>Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, and coordinating new hire orientations</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li><li>Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback</li><li>Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions</li><li>Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of a High School diploma</li><li>Knowledge of HR processes and best practices</li><li>Understanding of employment laws and regulations (FMLA)</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish</li><li>Proficient with computer usage</li></ul>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
