Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Ionia County - Full-time, 37.5 hrs/weekIonia County is conveniently located between Lansing and Grand Rapids with I-96 passing through the county.We are a smaller office serving a rural community with the unique situation of being home to three prison facilities.<ul><li>The Assistant Prosecuting Attorney (APA) can be exposed to all responsibilities and facets of a Prosecutor&rsquo;s Office: civil infractions, misdemeanors, felonies, juvenile delinquency, and more.</li><li>The APA will mainly be responsible for handling a portion of the District Court (misdemeanor) docket with progressive responsibilities.
