About the Role:We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our logistics team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of shipment-related issues.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.</li><li>Track shipments and provide accurate updates to customers.</li><li>Resolve issues related to delays, returns, and claims.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, accounts) for problem resolution.</li><li>Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.</li><li>Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.</li><li>Help improve customer service processes.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Familiarity with MS Office and CRM or logistics tracking tools.</li><li>Positive attitude and team player.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance incentives</li><li>Friendly and collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced logistics company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
