This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced setting, contributing directly to the smooth functioning of our operations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance. </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair various equipment issues using schematics and technical manuals, including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and other mechanical devices. </li><li>Conduct appliance repairs and service technician tasks efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum safety standards. </li><li>Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose problems and implement effective solutions. </li><li>Lead small maintenance projects or team efforts when necessary, demonstrating leadership qualities while coordinating tasks with other team members. </li><li>Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and scheduled inspections for compliance and tracking purposes. </li><li>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize operational disruptions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), or mechanical systems. </li><li>Knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex equipment issues. </li><li>Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and related mechanical components. </li><li>Ability to perform equipment repairs efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. </li><li>Construction or building maintenance experience is a plus for understanding facility infrastructure. </li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge combined with problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly and accurately. </li><li>Leadership qualities with the ability to guide or assist team members during maintenance activities.
