<b>Job Summary</b><br>
The Bistro Attendant is to prepare alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, Specialty coffees and serve/prepare food in accordance within the brand's quality and control standards. To assist in the overall duties of the daily operation of the F&amp;B department including meeting banquets to efficiently serve all hotel patrons in a courteous and professional manner. To maintain proper sanitation at all times as per local health department regulations and guidelines. Candidates should have flexibility.<br>

<b>Responsibilities</b></div><br>

</div><ul><li>Report to the Chef or the shift supervisor at the beginning of your shift.</li>
<li>Complete duties as assigned by the Chef.</li>
<li>Assist the Chef or shift supervisor in checking for proper food and taste.</li>
<li>Check staffing levels. Inform appropriate staff members of any call outs and notify of any changes. Consult with the Chef or supervisor if reinforcements need to be called.</li>
<li>Check warewashing machine for proper temperature and chemical level.</li>
<li>Make sure appropriate dishes and silverware are set up nearby for easy access during your shift.</li>
<li>Ensure the MICROS equipment is in correct functioning order and all supplies are stocked and available.</li>
<li>Six hour shifts.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift push pull up to 20lbs</li>
<li>Food Handlers Card Required</li>
<li>Be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends</li>
<li>Previous food and beverage experience</li></ul><br>
