<div>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Process new listing paperwork, track listings status and price changes.</li>
<li>Take photos of new listings and create descriptions. Upload home information into HITS, including listings agreements, titles, photos and a link to Marketing&rsquo;s virtual tour on YouTube.</li>
<li>Process pending files, create lease closing documents. Coordinate and conduct final closing with buyers and sellers.</li>
<li>Scan documents to sales team for corporate files. Send original title transfer documents to SnickFish.</li>
<li>Process applications, rentals &amp; purchases. Communicate with sales people and/or buyers if coordinating a private sale.</li>
<li>Answer phones and greet visitors when the receptionist is busy. Cover the reception desk during lunches, vacations and when needed.</li>
<li>Help team members with computer programs such as Word, Excel and DocuSign.</li>
<li>Work as a team to answer phone calls and walk-in residents to address needs and concerns.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 


Education &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent preferred</li>
<li>Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills</li>
<li>A team player with high level of dedication</li>
<li>Ability to work under strict deadlines</li></ul>
