<ul><li>Must have working knowledge of the facilities, layout, programs, product line and reservation system</li>
<li>Process guest check-ins &amp; check-outs</li>
<li>Assist guests with resort services</li>
<li>Check to assure visitors have departed the resort</li>
<li>In advance of guests&rsquo; arrival, create check-in packets for guests</li>
<li>Run reports from the reservation system on a daily basis</li>
<li>Keep Community Manager apprised of any issues or incidents that occur and may need to be acted upon</li>
<li>Mail confirmations &amp; other mailings that are needed</li>
<li>Communicate with other departments to support customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Support all Cove Communities policy at all times</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Skills/Abilities:</b></h1>
<ul><li>Knowledge of RV industry preferred</li>
<li>Must possess great customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and guests</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Working knowledge of computerized reservations systems</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education and Experience</b></h1>
<ul><li>Minimum high school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy</li>
<li>Reservation experience a plus</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Compensation</b></h1>
<ul><li>$21 hourly</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical Requirements:</b></h1>
<ul><li>Standing for long periods of time</li>
<li>Lifting of up to 25 lbs.</li>
