MAINTENANCE DISPATCHER

POINT SEBAGO RESORT- CASCO, ME - HOUSING MAT BE AVAILABLE

Seasonal Full Time Positions

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the service technician team by dispatching all service calls appropriately.
• Assist by documenting daily guest check-ins.
• Provide customer service to resort guests in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly on radio and phone.
• To treat all internal and external customers with respect and embrace your role as a problem solver who is committed to continual improvement and exceeding guest expectations by living Cove’s Core Values.
• Support and follow Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times.
• To be an Ambassador for Cove Communities and Point Sebago at all times by choosing your attitude each day and committing to a culture of service, hospitality and accountability.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and able to withstand long periods of time on your feet.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to complete work assignments with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong organizational skills.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Ability to work weekends and night shifts as required.
