To be considered, applicants must submit a brief personal testimony (1&ndash;2 paragraphs) along with their application.Applications that do not include a testimony or responses to the screening questions will not be reviewed.Executive Assistant (Church / Ministry Role) Covenant Church of Naples | PCACovenant Church of Naples is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Mobilization (Missions) and Worship Pastors.This is not just an administrative role - it is a ministry position that plays a key part in supporting global missions, weekly worship, and the overall life of the church.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage complex calendars, meetings, and ministry logistics</li><li>Support mission partners and assist with mission trip coordination</li><li>Coordinate worship ministry schedules and service planning details</li><li>Provide high-level administrative and project support to pastors</li><li>Maintain clear communication across staff, volunteers, and ministries</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of executive assistant or high-level administrative experience (church/ministry preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Excellent communication and attention to detail</li></ul>Required Ministry Fit (Please Read Carefully)<ul><li>Committed follower of Jesus Christ</li><li>Alignment with the theology and values of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA)</li><li>Active in a local church (CCN membership or willingness to pursue preferred)</li><li>Heart for serving behind the scenes in a ministry environment</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Full-time, salaried</li><li>Occasional evenings/weekends required</li></ul>If you are looking for a traditional corporate administrative role, this position will not be the right fit.
