Covenant Church of Naples is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Mobilization (Missions) and Worship Pastors.

This is not just an administrative role - it is a ministry position that plays a key part in supporting global missions, weekly worship, and the overall life of the church.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and ministry logistics
  • Support mission partners and assist with mission trip coordination
  • Coordinate worship ministry schedules and service planning details
  • Provide high-level administrative and project support to pastors
  • Maintain clear communication across staff, volunteers, and ministries

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of executive assistant or high-level administrative experience (church/ministry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail

Required Ministry Fit (Please Read Carefully)

  • Committed follower of Jesus Christ
  • Alignment with the theology and values of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA)
  • Active in a local church (CCN membership or willingness to pursue preferred)
  • Heart for serving behind the scenes in a ministry environment

Position Details

  • Full-time, salaried
  • Occasional evenings/weekends required

If you are looking for a traditional corporate administrative role, this position will not be the right fit. This role is best suited for someone called to support pastoral ministry and the mission of the local church.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
