The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and possesses strong communication and multitasking skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy.</li><li>Perform accurate and efficient data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records.</li><li>Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and support calendar management.</li><li>Provide customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Assist with basic bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.</li><li>Proofread and edit documents for clarity and correctness before distribution.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with team members on projects and office tasks.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Previous administrative or office experience preferred.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong typing and data entry accuracy.</li><li>Experience in clerical duties such as filing, document organization, and records maintenance.</li><li>Bilingual skills a plus; dental or medical office experience is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience as a personal assistant or similar roles is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Relocation assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
