You will be the face and voice of our company, responsible for hunting down new B2B opportunities through a mix of digital, phone, and in-person outreach.<ul><li>The Grind (Phone &amp; Digital): Make 40&ndash;60 outbound calls per day to local business owners, executives, and office managers to introduce our IT services and identify pain points.</li><li>The Hustle (On-Site Visits): Conduct structured drop-offs and face-to-face cold visits to commercial business parks and targeted local companies to get past the gatekeeper and deliver marketing assets.</li><li>The Goal: Build trust, uncover IT frustrations, and schedule qualified consultations/network assessments for our technical team.</li><li>CRM Management: Log all activities, notes, and follow-ups meticulously in our tracking system.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Fearlessness: You aren't afraid of the word &quot;No.&quot; Rejection motivates you to try a different angle.</li><li>Excellent Communicator: You can build quick rapport over the phone and command an enthusiastic, professional presence in person.</li><li>Self-Starter &amp; High Energy: You don&rsquo;t need someone looking over your shoulder to keep pushing.
