We specialize in treating patients involved in auto accidents, slip and fall injuries, workers&rsquo; compensation cases, and disc-related conditions.This position plays a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call to the final visit.Key ResponsibilitiesSpanish is neededFront Desk &amp; Administrative Duties<ul><li>Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service</li><li>Answer and manage multi-line phone system</li><li>Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments</li><li>Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations</li><li>Assist with personal injury and workers&rsquo; compensation case documentation</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records in EHR system</li><li>Collect co-pays and balances</li><li>Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office communications</li></ul>Clinical Assistance<ul><li>Prepare treatment rooms and equipment</li><li>Assist doctors with therapies including:</li><li>Spinal decompression/traction</li><li>EMS (electrical muscle stimulation)</li><li>Therapeutic modalities</li><li>Guide patients through prescribed therapies</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and HIPAA regulations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous chiropractic, medical office, or healthcare experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li><li>Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Compassionate and patient-focused</li><li>Dependable and punctual</li><li>Team-oriented with a positive attitude</li><li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism</li></ul>ScheduleFull-time (Monday&ndash;Thursdays)9:00am-1:00pm/3:00pm-7:00pmOccasional flexibility requiredCompensationSpanish is needed<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Growth opportunities within the practice</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourWork Location: In person
