Position Overview

Coweta Chiropractic – Auto Injury & Wellness Center is seeking a professional, organized, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. We specialize in treating patients involved in auto accidents, slip and fall injuries, workers’ compensation cases, and disc-related conditions.

This position plays a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call to the final visit.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administrative Duties

• Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Answer and manage multi-line phone system
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
• Assist with personal injury and workers’ compensation case documentation
• Maintain accurate patient records in EHR system
• Collect co-pays and balances
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office communications

Clinical Assistance

• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
• Assist doctors with therapies including:
• Spinal decompression/traction
• EMS (electrical muscle stimulation)
• Therapeutic modalities
• Guide patients through prescribed therapies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
• Ensure compliance with safety and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

• Previous chiropractic, medical office, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule

Full-time (Monday–Thursdays)

9:00am-1:00pm/3:00pm-7:00pm

Occasional flexibility required
