We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly reliable, and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in handling phone calls, emails, and customer walk-ins, as well as assisting with various office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.Key Responsibilities&middot; Answering Customer Calls: Manage incoming calls from customers, provide information, and address inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.&middot; Scheduling/Dispatching Technicians: Utilize the dispatching/scheduling system to coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls. (Service Titan or similar experience preferred but not required).&middot; Answering Customer Emails: Respond to customer emails promptly and effectively, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.&middot; Keeping the Office Clean and Organized: Maintain a tidy and organized office environment to promote efficiency and a positive workspace.&middot; Accept Packages/Mail: Receive and distribute packages and mail as needed.&middot; Take Messages: Accurately record and relay messages to relevant staff members.This list is not exhaustive, and additional tasks may be assigned as needed.Requirements&middot; Education: High school diploma or equivalent.&middot; Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.&middot; Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle a multi-phone line system effectively while managing other tasks.&middot; Technical Skills: Experience with dispatching/scheduling system is preferred.&middot; Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.&middot; Organizational Skills: Ability to keep the office environment organized and manage time efficiently.Additional InformationThe Office Assistant will also assist the Office Manager with any day-to-day tasks as required.
