Cozi-Roots is seeking an experienced and dedicated nanny to provide exceptional care for a family with a 6.5 months old baby girl. We&rsquo;re looking for a nurturing, proactive, and professional individual passionate about child development and creating a supportive environment for children to thrive.Key Responsibilities:Provide attentive care and ensure the safety and well-being of the baby.Support the children&rsquo;s social, physical, and developmental growth.Collaborate with parents to plan and implement enriching activities (guidelines provided).Follow developmental therapy recommendations for the infant.Maintain a screen-free environment for the children.Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children (e.g., tidying, laundry, meal preparation).Ideal Candidate:Proactive, self-sufficient, and highly experienced in childcare.Strongly desired: Formal training or certification in early childhood development.Knowledgeable in early childhood development.Fluent in English (required).Certified in First Aid and CPR (required).Flexible with scheduling (weekdays and weekends; shifts 7 AM&ndash;6/7 PM. 50+ hours a week.Flue vaccine.Requirements:High school diploma or GED (required).5+ years of professional childcare experience (preferred).Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.Ability to pass a background check.Compensation &amp; Benefits:Competitive payBenefits include holidays, two weeks of vacation, and sick days.Holiday pay (negotiable).If you are a passionate childcare professional looking for a long-term, supportive role in a warm family environment, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
