We are expanding into the restoration industry (water damage, fire damage, mold remediation) and are hiring part-time outbound representatives to support that growth.About the RolePart-time outbound sales role, fully remote within the United States. You will call restoration company owners and operations managers from a prepared list, qualify them against a simple rubric, and book demos onto our founders' calendars.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct outbound calls from a prepared, opt-in business contact list</li><li>Qualify prospects using a written rubric provided in training</li><li>Book qualified demos onto our founders' calendars</li><li>Log all activity in our CRM (Apollo or HubSpot)</li><li>Attend one weekly team standup on Zoom</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Clear, confident spoken English</li><li>Reliable laptop, headset, and stable internet</li><li>Available at least 20 hours per week, with at least 4 hours of overlap with 9am&ndash;6pm Central Time</li><li>Authorized to work in the United States</li><li>Prior phone, retail, fundraising, or customer service experience preferred</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Hourly base pay, paid weekly via direct deposit</li><li>Performance incentive per qualified lead booked</li><li>Equipment stipend provided</li><li>Paid sick leave per applicable state law</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>100% remote within the United States</li><li>Full paid training, scripts, and lead lists provided</li><li>Weekly 1:1 with the team lead</li><li>Consideration for a full-time role after 6 months of strong performance</li></ul>Company InformationCozmo AI, San Francisco, CA.
