Cozmo AI (hellocozmo.ai) is a YC-backed startup building AI voice agents that handle customer-facing phone, chat, and email operations for businesses across the US. We are expanding into the restoration industry (water damage, fire damage, mold remediation) and are hiring part-time outbound representatives to support that growth.

About the Role

Part-time outbound sales role, fully remote within the United States. You will call restoration company owners and operations managers from a prepared list, qualify them against a simple rubric, and book demos onto our founders' calendars.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls from a prepared, opt-in business contact list
• Qualify prospects using a written rubric provided in training
• Book qualified demos onto our founders' calendars
• Log all activity in our CRM (Apollo or HubSpot)
• Attend one weekly team standup on Zoom

Requirements

• Clear, confident spoken English
• Reliable laptop, headset, and stable internet
• Available at least 20 hours per week, with at least 4 hours of overlap with 9am–6pm Central Time
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Prior phone, retail, fundraising, or customer service experience preferred

Compensation

• Hourly base pay, paid weekly via direct deposit
• Performance incentive per qualified lead booked
• Equipment stipend provided
• Paid sick leave per applicable state law
