This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and technical solutions.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.</li><li>Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting activities to identify potential clients.</li><li>Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.</li><li>Present product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships.</li><li>Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns and promotional strategies.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and territory analysis for continuous improvement.</li><li>Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to enhance offerings and meet market demands.</li><li>Manage territory sales goals through consistent follow-up and strategic planning.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.</li><li>Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build long-term client relationships.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis.</li><li>Ability to perform product demos and technical presentations confidently.</li><li>Skilled in lead generation techniques including cold calling and networking strategies.</li><li>Analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.</li><li>Experience in marketing strategies related to territory or direct sales campaigns.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to upsell products/services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
