We&rsquo;re looking for an Executive Assistant &ndash; Dairy Nutrition &amp; Sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of getting things done. This role is a critical partner to Sales Leadership, responsible for keeping schedules, communications, projects, and data moving forward with urgency and precision.If you&rsquo;re highly organized, detail-driven, and naturally proactive, this is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting both day-to-day execution and broader business initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Executive &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to Sales Leadership, including calendar management, email coordination, travel planning, and meeting logistics</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Project Management<ul><li>Coordinate activities across dairy nutrition programs, client accounts, and sales initiatives</li><li>Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution</li><li>Maintain visibility into multiple priorities and proactively keep stakeholders aligned</li><li>Drive accountability by ensuring tasks are completed and deadlines are met</li></ul>Sales &amp; Client Support<ul><li>Support sales activities through scheduling, documentation, and follow-up coordination</li><li>Assist in maintaining client records, communications, and account-related materials</li><li>Partner with sales and nutrition teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives</li></ul>Data &amp; Operational Management<ul><li>Maintain and manage data across spreadsheets and systems to support sales activities, client accounts, and nutrition programs</li><li>Build, update, and track reporting tools to ensure accuracy, visibility, and timely decision-making</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency</li><li>Maintain organized systems for documentation, tracking, and communication</li><li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li></ul>KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or coordination role</li><li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High sense of urgency with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other business systems</li><li>Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment</li></ul>Key Attributes for Success<ul><li>Highly Organized: Keeps information, schedules, and projects structured and accessible</li><li>Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy across all communications, data, and deliverables</li><li>Sense of Urgency: Moves quickly, follows through, and keeps work progressing</li><li>Proactive: Anticipates needs and addresses issues before they become problems</li><li>Accountable: Takes ownership and ensures completion of tasks and projects</li><li>Professional &amp; Discreet: Handles sensitive information with integrity</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience.</li></ul>WORK ENVIRONMENT and EXPECTATIONS:This role reports to a regional office and supports leadership and teams across multiple locations.
