We have been recognized as one of the best computer companies on Long Island multiple years in a row, and we are building a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.We are looking for a professional, methodical, and caring IT Support Technician who enjoy solving real business problems, working directly with clients, and constantly improving their technical skills.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow, not just &ldquo;work tickets.&rdquo;Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide caring and professional technical support to our clients both remotely and onsite</li><li>Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, servers, Microsoft 365, and business applications</li><li>Support Windows operating systems and Windows Server environments</li><li>Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, migrations, and user support</li><li>Support network and connectivity issues including VPN, firewalls, switches, wireless, and LAN environments</li><li>Install, configure, patch, and maintain hardware and software</li><li>Document work clearly and accurately in the ticketing system</li><li>Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the outcome</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3+ years of technical support experience</li><li>Strong experience with Windows desktop and Windows Server environments</li><li>Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support</li><li>Familiarity with networking fundamentals, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint troubleshooting</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced MSP or multi-client support environment</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>MSP experience</li><li>Experience supporting Construction or Manufacturing firms</li><li>Technical certifications or equivalent hands-on experience</li></ul>Pay: From $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
