Dispatcher &ndash; Operations
Hourly Range: $25 Per hour
This role supports daily operations by coordinating drivers, routes, and service schedules. As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in keeping routes on track, drivers informed, and customers serviced efficiently.

What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Dispatch and coordinate drivers throughout the day</li><li>Manage route schedules and assignments</li><li>Track route completion and driver status</li><li>Communicate service changes and issues</li><li>Support operations in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience in dispatch, logistics, or service operations</li><li>Strong communication and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions</li><li>Comfortable using multiple systems and tools</li><li>Bilingual English / Spanish preferred</li></ul>
Pay &amp; Schedule<ul><li>Hourly pay</li><li>Schedule based on operational needs</li><li>Overtime may be required</li></ul>
