Job Summary
Haulaway Storage Containers is looking for a strong and energetic Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to join our growing Business Development and Sales team. The Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the container needs for new and house account customers and monitoring all sales data tools. You will focus on quarterly measurable account growth, routine work orders, driver logs, and vendor invoice payments. The Account manager will also coordinate with other Haulaway offices for customer deliveries when required and perform all other task assigned by the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>
Take incoming calls from customers and other Haulaway branches and either handles or routes to appropriate Haulaway departments or staff members;</li><li>
Process move in, move out and other container move requests in order entry system, coordinate with customers and Haulaway dispatch to ensure customer expectations are met;</li><li>
Perform periodic check-in contacts with House accounts on a schedule established by Branch Manager;</li><li>
Follow up with customers on deliveries/pickups after completion</li><li>
Monitor and update sales data tools and reporting as appropriate (Salesforce, CMD, etc);</li><li>
Assist dispatcher with customer calls confirming deliveries or to clarify information</li><li>
Take credit card account numbers and process payments as requested;</li><li>
Handle customer billing queries or requests for information on invoices, etc.;</li><li>
Ensure vendor invoice payment and coordination when necessary;</li></ul>

Knowledge, Skill, and Experience<ul><li>
High School diploma at minimum, college degree is a plus</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years experience in a service-related industry</li><li>
Inside sales experience
</li><li>Excellent written &amp; verbal communication skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks.</li><li>
Skilled in multiple programs in the MS Office Suite as well as ability to learn proprietary systems for business operation</li><li>
Construction industry experience, account management history and bilingual all a plus.</li></ul>
