ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Salary Range: Starting from $90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)

CR&R is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead transactional accounting functions and a team responsible for Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader who values accuracy, compliance, and operational partnership within a complex, multi-state organization.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee GL, payroll, AR, and AP functions
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, payroll tax, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Lead and develop accounting and payroll staff

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills
• Proven leadership and process improvement experience
• High ethical standards and sound professional judgment
