Full-Service Payroll Clerk (On-Site)We are seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to manage full-service payroll operations for a multi-company construction group. This is a full-time, in-office role. Remote work is not available.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform in house payroll.</li><li>Handle payroll tax filings and ensure compliance</li><li>Manage prevailing wage tracking</li><li>Prepare and submit certified payroll reports</li><li>Support accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed</li><li>Assist with job costing and labor tracking</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in construction payroll</li><li>Strong knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll</li><li>Ability to manage payroll across multiple companies</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed</li></ul>Position Detail<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>On-site only (no remote work)</li><li>Compensation based on experience</li></ul>Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
