Payroll Clerk

Full-Service Payroll Clerk (On-Site)

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to manage full-service payroll operations for a multi-company construction group. This is a full-time, in-office role. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Perform in house payroll.
• Handle payroll tax filings and ensure compliance
• Manage prevailing wage tracking
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
• Assist with job costing and labor tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction payroll
• Strong knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll
• Ability to manage payroll across multiple companies
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed

Position Detail

• Full-time
• On-site only (no remote work)
• Compensation based on experience

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
