This is a full-time role with ownership over our social media presence and content direction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute social media content strategies across platforms</li><li>Manage social media accounts on:</li><li>Instagram</li><li>LinkedIn</li><li>YouTube</li><li>Create and maintain monthly content calendars</li><li>Plan, script, and manage:</li><li>Instagram Reels</li><li>YouTube video scripts</li><li>Write captions and detailed content briefs</li><li>Coordinate with designers and video editors</li><li>Publish posts, reels, shorts, and videos</li><li>Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth</li><li>Optimize content using insights, analytics, and trends</li><li>Maintain consistent brand tone, quality, and posting discipline</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong understanding of major social media platforms</li><li>Experience in content planning and strategy</li><li>Good copywriting and communication skills</li><li>Clear understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube content formats</li><li>Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite and Canva</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience managing brand or startup social media accounts</li><li>Basic understanding of social media analytics</li><li>Knowledge of both short-form and long-form video content</li></ul>How to ApplyApply with your resume and portfolio / social media handles.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
