Job Overview

Craiz Virality is looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently handle content planning, strategy, execution, and growth across multiple platforms.
This is a full-time role with ownership over our social media presence and content direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content strategies across platforms
• Manage social media accounts on:
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• YouTube
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars
• Plan, script, and manage:
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube video scripts
• Write captions and detailed content briefs
• Coordinate with designers and video editors
• Publish posts, reels, shorts, and videos
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth
• Optimize content using insights, analytics, and trends
• Maintain consistent brand tone, quality, and posting discipline

Requirements

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms
• Experience in content planning and strategy
• Good copywriting and communication skills
• Clear understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube content formats
• Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite and Canva
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing brand or startup social media accounts
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Knowledge of both short-form and long-form video content
